NEED: The Joseph Richard Group was looking for ways to grow certain aspects of their business through direct marketing by presenting loyal customers with special offers to draw them into their restaurants during slower times.

SOLUTION: We created a variety of text message campaigns and formulas aimed at reaching the Joseph Richard Group’s loyal customer base and encouraging them to come in during off hours. We worked with the JRG operations team to determine a variety of special offers that were effective for the business but also valuable for the guest.

RESULTS: The text message campaigns increased business during these targeted, slower times by over 50% and have been used on a regular basis since their inception three to four times per month at each location

: Scott is a local real estate agent who was looking to be able to reach potential clients easily and directly with the information they were looking for about his listings.

SOLUTION: We provided Scott with his own, dedicated text code which he was able to place on his real estate signs and his promotional materials to allow prospective buyers (and sellers) to easily gather details on properties he had for sale. One message to the dedicated number provides the client a link to the listing with all details and also provides Scott with that clients contact information.
