Elma is a family-owned and operated new restaurant located on Okanagan Lake in Penticton, BC.
The Problem
The space itself took almost three years to complete. As opening their doors became closer to reality, the owners realized they needed to make some noise online a get their community excited about the impending open. We arrived on site and in three days captured hours of footage and thousands of photos to use online and began building their story and engaging their audience.
The Result
Following our on-site strategy session and content development sessions, we began implementing our new digital plan. Within two weeks, we increased their social media feed by over 200%, more than doubling their followers online. By the time the project completed, we had grown their social media following by 330% and more importantly increased engagement by 214% as well.
