The Problem

Kintec Orthotics & Footwear is one the fastest growing Orthotics brands in Canada. As their brand has grown, they have shifted their marketing efforts away from traditional branding and utilized digital advertising in their efforts to generate assessments and product sales. Transparency is always a challenge with digital agencies as communication sometimes can be forgotten while pushing forward on project plans and development. Having worked with two agencies that specialized in ad optimization, Kintec was struggling to get information and reports on their ad spends. They also had a gap in the process as their content was being produced by a third party in most cases.
